For rice products, the price decreased slightly by 50 VND/kg. Currently IR 504 Summer-Autumn raw rice fluctuates around 11,200 – 11,350 VND/kg (down 50 VND); IR 504 finished rice is at 13,400 – 13,500 VND/kg (down 50 VND).

There is no change in by-products. Accordingly, the price of dry bran is currently priced at 7,200 – 7,300 VND/kg; The price of OM 5451 plate remains at 10,300 – 10,400 VND/kg.

In localities in the Mekong Delta today, rice prices are still stable, in which in Dong Thap the quantity is small and the price is stable; In Tien Giang, there is little rice coming in, there are no boats, prices are stable and trading is slow; Also in Tien Giang, in the An Cu area (Cai Be), rice arrived regularly but the price decreased slightly, bad rice, warehouses gave low prices.

At retail markets, prices are stable and have not adjusted compared to yesterday. Currently, Jasmine rice costs 18,000 – 20,000 VND/kg; Nang Nhen rice 30,000 VND/kg; Nang Hoa rice 20,000 VND/kg; Regular rice usually fluctuates around 15,000 – 16,000 VND/kg; long-sliced pineapple 19,000 – 20,000 VND/kg; Huong jasmine rice 20,000 VND/kg; Taiwanese fragrant rice 21,000 VND/kg; Common white rice 18,000 VND/kg; Soc rice usually costs 18,000 – 19,000 VND/kg; Soc Thai rice costs 18,500 VND/kg; Japanese rice costs 22,000 VND/kg.

On the export market, export rice prices went sideways after a downward adjustment session. According to the Vietnam Food Association, the export price of 5% broken rice today is stable at 585 USD/ton; 25% broken rice keeps the price at 558 USD/ton; 100% broken rice remained stable at 485 USD/ton.
